| We offer FREE In-Store Diagnostic on all computer repairs. We thoroughly check the entire system to make certain all your computer’s components are running properly. Once we know the problem, we will call you with the cost and approval to proceed with the repairs. We can usually have your computer back to you within a couple of days, but that will depend on parts. We also have RUSH services available, Remote Support, and Emergency After Hours Services. (Text your emergency to 559-352-8974) The most common repair is virus removal. Our virus removal utilizes three scanning engines to ensure that your computer will be virus free and we offer a 30 day warranty so if you get the same virus within 30 days, we will remove it at no additional charge. (Only good for one instance per computer)
