PC Solutions is able to assistant and trouble-shoot your computer problems remotely by connecting to your computer from our office. For $55 per incident, we will log into your computer and provide up to 45 minutes of support for one computer only. You must have high speed internet access and be present at time of session.  Call 559-487-1008 to get started.

Bring in your computer or laptop and we’ll let you know its prognosis and provide you with an estimate to repair it or in some cases if the computer is too outdated to repair, we can recycle your computer for you.  Once a diagnostic is made, you will be contacted with a written estimate for approval before we go forward with any repairs.  For in-store repairs, we charge a flat rate price and if we can’t fix it, there’s no charge!
